Synopsis

While technology accelerates the technical capabilities and robustness of IT systems, basic IT controls and management are the weakest link in infrastructure service delivery. Human error, legacy infrastructure, cyber attacks, lack of IT documentation, data breaches, supplier stability – will these issues go away by chance? This talk looks at getting the basics right so technical and organisational change can be made easier to manage.
