Understanding the potential impact on services of a planned power outage, upgrades of network switches and rebooting of a blade chassis can take a long time checking different data sources. AssetGen Planner provides a flexible, multi-technology query capability to reduce days of work into seconds. The batch impact analysis facility extends the capability of AssetGen SysMap to find the service impact of upgrading large numbers of servers, or identifying critical devices for top services in a single run.
